Cancellation, Return, Replace & Refund Policy
- Product Received in Damaged Condition / Manufacturing Defect / Wrong Item Delivered:
- We DO-NOT accept returns of Goods once purchased from our Company. We offer best quality indeed, however if there are any damages, we’ll replace damaged products.
- If you have received damaged product or the wrong item, please mail us at sales.wholetex@gmail.com with your order number and couple of pictures of defected or wrong product within 7 Days of delivery. And you can open ticket on https://www.wholetex.com/myorders
- Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products otherwise we will not report the complain after that. We may ask for digital picture of the same in order to review the same.
- We will try and replace the product as soon as possible, If that product replacement is not possible only in that case we will return that much amount. (NOTE- Stitched catalog amount can not be refunded any way)
- In case of Product replacement, you have to send back the parcel with return packing slip within 7 Days. (For that parcel, courier charges will be paid by customer)
- Return shipment charges are to be borne by the customer only.
- As soon as we receive the product in our warehouse you will get credit in wholetex wallet which can be used to your next purchase from the website.
- Wholetex wallet credit is valid for lifetime. There is no expiry.
- At the time of receiving parcel, if the package is damaged or opened or comes by any other branding except ours, it is advisable not to accept it. That parcels if accepted are not eligible for returns from our side.
- Returns will not be accepted for custom made or stitched clothing.
